About

At Cold Lake Elementary School, we are continually re-examining and evaluating what we are doing and the effectiveness of our overall programming. New and exciting research in literacy, math and brain-based research are deepening our understanding of how children learn best. In our effort to continuously improve, we update our practices regularly to ensure that we meet the diverse learning needs of our students. Despite the changes in our practice, many core aspects of the educational program and essential teachings at Cold Lake Elementary School remain constant, such as our Moral Intelligence program and continued focus on student achievement. Our entire staff and Parent Council provide educational leadership and support school direction and initiatives. Throughout the school year continued involvement and support from parents, teachers and all staff support our school mission: “At Cold Lake Elementary, we cherish and nurture the whole child through education with a heart.”
