Halloween at CLES - Oct. 30

For Halloween activities at CLES this year on Friday, Oct. 30, students will have activities planned with their teacher and homeroom classmates. Students are welcome to dress up in costumes that are easy to put on, but we will not be putting face paint on students and we ask that weapons for costumes stay home. Due to COVID-19 safety protocols, we apologize but we will not have parent volunteers into the school for Halloween, and therefore our regular costume parade and Pumpkinella in the gym will not take place. We ask that parents and students please do NOT bring any treats/snacks/food from home to share with others. Some teachers may provide pre-packaged treats for their students to take home. We will be taking lots of pictures on this day, and sharing these out on our CLES website/Facebook. *On that note, please ensure that your child's teacher knows if you do NOT want their photos posted on our school website/CLES Facebook. For Grade 4 students, they will need to still wear a COVID friendly mask this day. Thank you for your understanding and support as we all navigate through this COVID year!
